Content Studio

2024/Concept/UI implementation

A lightweight publishing workspace for drafting, reviewing, scheduling, and reusing campaign content.

Content work gets messy when drafts, campaign timing, assets, approvals, and variants live in separate documents and folders.

The challenge was to make a workspace that supports planning and production without turning into a heavy enterprise CMS.

The workspace was designed around the way teams actually prepare content: draft, review, schedule, reuse, and keep related assets close.

I split the concept into structured drafts, campaign calendar views, reusable blocks, and asset organization so each part has a clear purpose.

The studio concept combines structured drafts, campaign planning, and asset organization into a lightweight publishing workflow.

It gives teams a shared place to understand what is ready, what needs review, and what content belongs to each campaign.

The result is a clearer editorial system that reduces scattered context and makes campaign content easier to prepare and maintain.

It shows how a focused internal product can replace messy handoffs without becoming a bloated content platform.
